Staff Practice
Psychotherapists in The Family Institute Staff Practice set their fees individually. We recommend that fees be discussed with the psychotherapist prior to the first session.

Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic
Services at reduced rates are provided on a sliding fee scale (based on ability to pay). The Clinic has locations in Evanston, Chicago and LaGrange Park.

We encourage clients to discuss benefits with their insurance providers.

Staff Practice
Some Family Institute psychotherapists contract individually with specific insurance companies. Please discuss insurance coverage with the prospective psychotherapist before therapy begins.

Clients should discuss all insurance questions with the intake coordinator during the intake call when fees are set.

We offer flexible daytime, evening and Saturday hours. (Times vary, depending on loaction and therapist.)

• After a brief informational phone interview, our intake coordinator will recommend a psychotherapist whose clinical interests/expertise match the client's specific needs.
• Once a selection is made, the psychotherapist will contact the client with 48 hours to schedule a first appointment.

Our primary locations are in Evanston, downtown Chicago and La Grange Park. We have satellite offices throughout the metropolitan Chicago area. Ask our intake coordinator for the site nearest you.
