Lynne Knobloch-Fedders, PhD

Dr. Lynne Knobloch-Fedders is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Director of Research and Kovler Scholar at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. In addition, she is an Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Northwestern University.
She completed the Dr. John J.B. Morgan Fellowship at The Family Institute in 2003, specializing in family therapy and applied clinical research. In 2001, Dr. Knobloch-Fedders received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
In 2004, she received the Randy Gerson Memorial Research Award, and is currently researching the impact of depression and anxiety on couples.
Dr. Knobloch-Fedders treats individual adults, couples, families and adolescents. She specializes in psychotherapy research and treatment development for couples in which one person suffers from depression or anxiety. Dr. Knobloch-Fedders also specializes in treating couples with depression or anxiety disorders.
