Rebecca Bunn, M.A., LPC, is a staff therapist with the Mindfulness and Behavior Therapies Program at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. In addition to her counseling background, Rebecca is a certified yoga instructor and is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness. Rebecca incorporates attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and mindfulness to enhance mind-body integration within a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
