It is Ms. Cárdenas’ unique approach to therapy that makes her the ideal go-to therapist. She believes in the best in people and works closely with the client, gently guiding them into unraveling and mending the core of their issues. Ms. Cárdenas’ compassion, optimism and patience show her genuine interest in the client’s well-being and give subtle hope vital to the healing process in a period that could be the worst in a person’s life. Being bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Cárdenas has lived in multi-cultural environments, allowing her to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and master how to approach diverse cases.
