About

Meredith Merchant received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and is currently a post-graduate fellow in the Mindfulness and Behavior Therapies program. Before her fellowship, Meredith was a clinical intern with The Family Institute’s dialectical behavior therapy program, where she worked with individual adults, as well as adolescents and their families. Ms. Merchant also has a Master’s in Education and worked as a holistic educator for over a decade before becoming a relational therapist. Ms. Merchant’s clinical interests revolve around working with the whole family system to treat children, adolescents, and parents from a systemic and collaborative approach. She focuses on providing compassionate care with a focus on evidence based practices.
