Ethan Cantor, M.A.

Ethan Cantor, M.A. (he/him) is all about helping clients grow using a holistic approach that covers both mental and physical health. He fosters awareness of both mental and physical health to help individuals achieve balance in their lives. Mr. Cantor works with adolescents to adults, respecting and integrating their cultural contexts and practices. He specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and life stage transitions.

In his practice, Mr. Cantor uses effective methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These approaches help clients understand their emotions, navigate thoughts, cope with stress, and regulate their feelings. He's dedicated to boosting emotional well-being and guiding individuals toward greater confidence and resilience.
