As you are no doubt aware, COVID-19 is affecting communities, gatherings, travel and many planned events across the country. The Family Institute at Northwestern University is closely monitoring these developments and has created a plan that we will adjust as conditions shift. We are currently operating with increased sanitation and disinfecting measures at our locations. We are also practicing social distancing as recommended by the CDC in an effort to do our part to mitigate the spread of the virus.

We ask that if you feel ill or prefer not to travel to an upcoming appointment, please contact your therapist and arrange to shift your session to an online teletherapy visit. You can read more about teletherapy here. As long as you have a computer or phone with a camera and internet connection, teletherapy is an option. We will work with you to ensure continuity of care.

Your health and safety, as well as that of our entire team are our top priority. If conditions change and we need to take further measures, we are prepared and will be in communication with you if it will impact your care or experience with us.

Best,
