  • Clarify common misconceptions of narcissism

Melissa Prusko, Psy.D., NATC, is a staff therapist at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, specializing in complex trauma and antagonistic relational dynamics, including narcissistic abuse. Drawing from a psychodynamic and relational framework, she helps clients develop practical skills for symptom relief, emotional regulation, and recovery. Her clinical background spans hospital emergency rooms, inpatient units, correctional facilities, and residential substance treatment settings. Dr. Prusko is deeply committed to socially responsible therapeutic practice, creating space to explore how race, gender, oppression, and inequity shape the healing process.
