About

Meg Boucher, M.S. (she/her) is a therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. During her clinical training at the Bette D. Harris Clinic, Meg collaborated with couples, individuals, children, and families navigating complex relational and emotional challenges. She is especially passionate about supporting couples within the context of a transition, from premarital counseling and the transition to parenthood to discernment work and collaborative divorce. Her approach is strength-based and grounded in evidence-based practices.

As a relationally-minded systemic therapist, Meg integrates multiple therapeutic models to meet clients where they are, recognizing power imbalances and the larger systemic issues at play. Guided by values of curiosity, openness, authenticity, and humor, she creates a therapy space that feels collaborative, nonjudgmental, and balanced for clients. Meg is committed to supporting clients in their efforts to better understand how they show up in relationships and chart a path forward.
