About

As a relational psychotherapist, I believe in the power of healing relationships to bring about change. I approach counseling as a collaborative journey where client and therapist work together to explore issues such as the long-term impact of abuse or loss on sense of self; lack of trust in relationships; or managing life transitions in all their variations. Creating a safe environment for clients to understand their unique story and reclaim their sense of identity provides, I believe, an opportunity for them to imagine new possibilities for their life.

Ms. Hayden works with individuals, couples and families. Her areas of interest include working through the impact of trauma in all its forms as well as grief, loss and life transitions. She has completed The Natalie Haimowitz Postgraduate Training Program, a three-year postgraduate fellowship focusing on the relational treatment of trauma.
