Enea is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a safe and warm environment, working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients in their journey to fulfill their emotional needs, navigate meaningful relationships, and manage the challenges from everyday life.

Enea takes an emotion-focused, trauma, and attachment informed holistic approach in the therapeutic process and has worked with clients ranging from ages 3-65; recognizing that greater systems surrounding and encompassing people impacts their development, well-being, and overall functioning.

Enea is especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and offers affirming, compassionate support to people of all gender identities and sexual orientations, including those navigating gender transitions, and fosters an inclusive space where every client feels seen, accepted, and empowered.
