Guanyu Wang is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, a doctoral candidate in the Couple and Family Therapy program at the University of Minnesota, and a Postdoctoral Clinical Scholar Fellow at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Ms. Wang specializes in working with multi-heritage couples, immigrant families, emotional disorders, and challenges related to life transitions. She brings extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds, including those navigating bicultural and intergenerational dynamics. Ms. Wang's therapeutic style is warm, collaborative yet direct — grounded in a strong belief in the power of reflective, open dialogue and a respectful, goal-oriented approach. She meets clients where they are while gently challenging them toward growth, clarity, and deeper reflection.
