About

Together we will honor your strengths, have compassion for your struggles and collaborate on treatment planning so that you can achieve individual and relationship health.

Dr. Lisa Gordon is a seasoned clinician who specializes in treating anxiety and mood disorders, couple distress and the bidirectional relationships among these entities. Working within a cognitive-behavioral therapy framework, she strives to understand how automatic thoughts and harsh self-talk underlie individual and couple pain and dysfunction.

In addition to a strong theoretical foundation, Dr. Gordon foregrounds each therapy session with compassion, collaboration, flexibility and hope, as she works to guide clients toward treatment goals. Dr. Gordon has worked within a variety of settings and levels of care, and she is eager to join clients on their path toward healing, whether they are new to therapy or stepping down from a hospitalization.
