About

Dr. Renee Luburic is a board-certified psychiatrist in adult psychiatry. She completed an adult psychiatry residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. After her fellowship in 2008, she worked for 13 years in outpatient community psychiatry in the San Francisco Bay Area. She then briefly worked at Compass Health Center in Northbrook.

In her practice, she is approachable and thoughtful towards her clients. She appreciates the complexities that bring clients to her. Dr. Luburic wants to understand her clients as more than just a diagnosis. Her style emphasizes education to help clients make informed decisions about medications and mental health treatment. While she has worked with a variety of diagnoses, her emphasis has been on depression, anxiety and trauma disorders.
