Dr. Baptiste, in practicing therapy, is not just "flying by the seat of [her] pants." Apart from being a therapist, she is also a mental health educator and scholar, and both her interventions and guidance are based in research science, while maintaining best practices. Ms.

Mr. Husbands earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern College in Orange City Iowa. There he served as a research assistant on several research teams as well as was an intern at a crisis center for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
