- Week 5: Thursday, May 4, 2023 | 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

All group classes run on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The retreat will run from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on May 6, 2023.
