Living with ADHD can affect much more than attention. From staying organized and managing daily responsibilities to navigating emotions and relationships, everyday challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. With the right tools and support, it's possible to develop new strategies and feel more confident navigating daily life.

The Family Institute's Adult ADHD Group Therapy offers a welcoming, collaborative space where adults with ADHD can build practical skills, explore common challenges, and connect with others who share similar experiences.

Led by Anne C. Totero, LMFT, Certified ADHD Specialist, this 10-week group combines executive functioning strategies, psychoeducation, and established therapeutic approaches to help participants develop skills they can apply in everyday life.

Ongoing Recruitment

New groups begin in January 2027, with referrals accepted throughout the year. Both virtual and in-person options are offered, with morning, lunchtime, and evening scheduling opportunities. Specific group availability will be discussed during intake.
