Ms. Kinsman is a clinical member and Approved Supervisor of The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She is also a member of The Family Institute's Alumni Advisory Board and the former elected chief of staff (2015-2016).

Mr. Delgenio, LCPC is the former vice president of Adult Services at Pillars Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center. There he provided direct service as well as managed 12 treatment programs and 50 staff.

Juliana Lockwood is a dedicated therapist with extensive training from The Family Institute in a Family Systems perspective. Lockwood previously worked as a therapist in a children's outpatient center at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4).
